It all started with a wedding cake topper made for a friends exasperated daughter who could not seem to find a statement piece for her wedding cake. After searching the internet and all the local wedding shops she came to me with a design board and a request, "Can you make me a romantic cake topper for my daughters wedding cake in the feel of the vintage ones of the 1930's?" I had never made a cake topper in my life but I am am crafty and always up for a challenge. I had such a fun time making it and the response was so positive that I decided to make a few more and see if I could sell them to a few shops in the area. Again, I was blown away by the response! I had even more requests for cake toppers - for weddings and birthdays! I started making party hats and other fun little pieces that I like to call "whimsy" Out of all this my shop was born. I have been featured in magazines like, Martha Stewart Weddings, Romantic Homes, Brides, Marie, Handmade Paper Crafting etc. My silhouette wedding topper was featured at the Seattle Wedding Show and made the cover of the magazine the following year in 2012.
I have recently taken some time off to spend time with my family and friends but I am ready to jump back into the ETSY Community.

Most of my items are very limited in quantity because I use "found" materials and vintage millinery and paper, so if there is something you like make sure to snap it up or start a conversation with me to find out about inventory.
